Orders & Returns

  • smokepitara.com (Division of Diversity Wholesale Inc.) believes in prompt and courteous customer service. In the event that an order contains broken products please report the damage within 24 hours of the receipt of the merchandise. Simply contact us and one of our representatives will provide instructions and handle the claim. If a damaged delivery is not reported within 24 hours of the receipt of the merchandise we will not be able to honor any claim. Once a product has been used we cannot replace or exchange merchandise. Please inspect your complete order before using any items
  • If a customer is not satisfied with a product purchased from and the item has not been used, it may be returned within 10 days of the purchasing date for a credit, minus an additional 10% restocking fee and shipping costs. For any exchanges on an item, customers will pay for the shipping only.
    We will honor any lost or never received orders with proper documentation of non-delivery and confirmed receipt of sale. This is covered by insurance that is placed on every order.
  • If you have any concerns, comments, or questions about our return policy please contact us.
  • Replacement items cannot be exchanged or returned.
  • Any loss of the products according to your local Regulation and Laws are not refundable.
  • You have to contact us first before you send your exchanges/returns items.

RMA: Satisfaction is guaranteed. All shipments should be inspected immediately, any damages/errors must be reported in  24 hours of receipt, damages/errors will be replaced or a credit to your account will be issued  (no cash value refunds given). We regret that we will be unable to accept returns/responsibility or issue credits for damages/errors reported after the initial 24 hours inspection period.
