Take of the FAP pipe from the cover. Pitara on one side.
Fold panel B (and panels C and G) straight up. Fold panel C (and panel G) back to the left and parallel to panel A (to form "Z" with panels A, B and C). This is a difficult fold. TAK YOUR TIME!!! Fold panel D (and panels E and F) straight up.
Fold panel E (and panel F) over to the left and parallel to panel A (to close them stem). Fold panel F straight up. Fold panel G straight up.
Fold panel J straight up. Fold panel H (and panel I) straight up. Fold panel I over to the left and parallel to panel A (to close the bowl).
Fold panel K (and panels H, I and J) straight up and engage the tab of panel I into the slot in panel E. Fold panel G back a little to hold the bowl assembly in place
