US Shipping
For orders sent within the United States, all shipping charges will be included in your total at the "Check Out". Additional charges may apply for Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.
Please note that Smoke Pitara cannot make shipments to P.O. Boxes. We therefore request that you provide us with an alternate street address for us to deliver your order.
Our customers have the option of DHL shipping material or plain brown boxes. Should you prefer your order shipped in a plain brown box, please be sure to note that in the "Additional Comments" section before you check out.


International Shipping
Smoke Pitara ships worldwide.
Smoke Pitara is required by Federal law to place a "green customs" sticker on all international orders. This sticker lists the contents as "Smoking Pipe Parts". We must fill in the value of the order on this sticker. We must declare an exact value on your shipment.
Smoke Pitara holds customers responsible for any taxes, duties, or customs fees charged by your local government.

FAST Shipping
All orders are shipped within 2 business days of payment approval.
Rush Orders are shipped out the same day they are placed. We now ship all USA orders via DHL GROUD SHIPPING and USPS. Rush orders are typically delivered in 1-4 business days, and Non rush orders in 3-7 business days. Orders can sometimes take 1-2 business days longer during holiday seasons, with high mail volume. UK and CANADA orders please allow up to 7-10 days for your order to arrive.

Shipping Rates include handling and discreet packaging. All orders from US and Canada qualify for FREE Ground DHL or USPS shipping! The charge for shipping will be removed once your purchase totals $20 or more. Rush delivery can still be added for an additional $10 to Free Shipping orders. Free Shipping applies to USA Orders Only. See below for our standard shipping rates.
