SmokePitara.com (Devision of Diversity Trading Ltd.) believes in prompt and courteous customer service. In the event that an order contains broken products please report the damage within 72 hours of the receipt of the merchandise. Simply contact us and one of our representatives will provide instructions and handle the claim. If a damaged delivery is not reported within 72 hours of the receipt of the merchandise we will not be able to honor any claim. Once a product has been used Diversity cannot replace or exchange merchandise. Please inspect your complete order before using any items
If a customer is not satisfied with a product purchased from Diversity and the item has not been used, it may be returned within 10 days of the purchasing date for a credit, minus an additional 10% restocking fee and shipping costs. For any exchanges on an item, customers will pay for the shipping only.
Diversity will honor any lost or never received orders with proper documentation of non delivery and confirmed receipt of sale. This is covered by insurance that is placed on every order.

Replacement items cannot be exchanged or returned.
Any loss of the products according to Regulation and Laws are not refundable.
